Shanour Jewelry Exchange Policy
Policy Overview Shanour operates strictly under a 7-Day Exchange Policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We do not offer refunds, returns, or Cash on Delivery (COD).
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused.

All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start an Exchange
To start an exchange, please contact us immediately at support@shanour.in.
If your exchange request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right through an exchange.
Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items are strictly non-exchangeable:

Exchanges Process
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us to initiate the exchange. Once your original item is received and inspected, you will be able to make a separate order for the new item.
